Canada Greener Homes Interest Free Loan
If you want your home to be more comfortable and energy efficient, find out if you qualify for the Canada Greener Homes Loan. This incentive offers interest-free financing to help with eligible retrofits that are recommended by an energy advisor and for retrofit projects that have not yet been started.
IMPORTANT: You should not start any retrofit work before your loan application has been submitted. Any retrofits started before submitting your loan application are ineligible.

- Window and door replacement
- Smart thermostats
- Space and water heating upgrades
- Solar panel installation
- Environmental damage protection (resiliency measures)
- Low-rise multi-unit residential buildings
